Return Policy

Amor a Mí Boutique wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We are happy to assist you with a return if you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased.
Please note that returns are not eligible for a refund. We will only accommodate a store credit or an exchange on items that are eligible for a return.
Items exempt from being returned/ Final sale:
  • Accessories
  • All items on SALE
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Undergarments
  • White & ivory clothing
Return Process:
Before initiating your return, you must first contact us via email ( for a return authorization. Please include your full name, order number, reason for return, and whether you are returning for a store credit or an exchange. We will respond within 24 hours or sooner!
Returned merchandise must be returned new and unused within 7 days of receiving the package. The returned package must be post marked by the 7th day in order to receive a store credit/ exchange. You can send the merchandise back to us using any traceable shipping method, at your expense. We recommend using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost. We recommend purchasing insurance for packages that are of $75 value or more.
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for the shipping cost on the returned package and exchange shipment.
Exchange Process:
Please indicate on the initial return authorization email what you would like to exchange for. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your exchange and will send you tracking details via email once the new order ships. If we do not have the requested item in stock we will issue a store credit. Exchanges are Final Sale.



Our goal is to process and ship all orders in a timely manner to ensure that our customers receive their package(s) on time. With that being said, once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it for a refund. We will provide a store credit for the cancelled order once we have been contacted. Please contact us as immediately before the order is fully processed and shipped. If an email with shipping confirmation details is sent to you, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
