How can I contact you regarding an order inquiry/ customer care?

Can I return my order for a refund?

Unfortunately, we do NOT issue refunds. We are happy to accommodate a store credit or an exchange.

Can I exchange a SALE item?

Unfortunately not. All sale items are deemed FINAL SALE.

Can I make a change to my order?

Please contact us immediately with your request, before your order is fully processed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it for a refund. We will provide a store credit for the cancelled order once we have been contacted. Please contact us immediately before your order is fully processed and shipped. If an email with shipping confirmation details is sent to you, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. 

When can I pick-up my order?

Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will contact you via email to set a time. The pick-up address will be given once a time is set.

When will my item ship?

Orders placed on Monday- Friday before 1 PM (Pacific Time) will ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Please take into consideration weekends and holidays.
 
When will I receive my package?

Shipping ETA will vary depending on the shipping method that you select at checkout. We strive to ship orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends & holidays), however, once the package is in USPS’ possession we have no control over the package’s transit as USPS delays may occur.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirmation with your USPS tracking information.
 
My package was lost or stolen, what should I do?

You are solely responsible to contact USPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
 
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we will only be shipping within the United States.
